Retired & Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP)
The Retired & Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) offers individuals 55 years of age an over an opportunity to contribute their time, expertise and knowledge volunteering service to the community. RSVP is a national organization sponsored by the Corporation for National and Community Service, a federal agency, and locally by Miami-Dade County Department of Human Services and Miami-Dade County Public Schools. The goal of RSVP is to promote student growth, attendance, confidence, positive attitude, and to enhance social relationships that support student achievement.
Who Can Join?

Anyone 55 years of age or older
What are the requirements?

Individuals interested in serving at one of Miami-Dade County’s over 400 schools

Be able to volunteer a minimum of 20 hours per month
